WAYS TO USE:

~ Add 3-10 drops to an essential oil diffuser.
Typically 6 is enough, but for a stronger scent, you may want to add more. Best used in a enclosed room.

~ Add a few drops to a carrier oil and apply to the bottoms of the feet. According to the ancient practice of reflexology, every nerve line in the body ends in your feet. Specialists in reflexology maintain that certain areas of the feet correspond to the body’s organs. Thus by applying essential oils to your feet, it’s possible that these oils may have a stronger, more beneficial effect on certain areas of the body. We do offer a roll on version of this as well.

~ Add a few drops to an essential oil bracelet or locket.

~ Mix into a small spray bottle with water, shake, and spritz around the room.

~ Make a roll on bottle. For a 10 ml bottle, add only 8-10 drops of EO to a carrier oil.

~ Mix in a few drops to your favorite lotion or hair care product to aroma.

~ Add a few drops to heated salt crystals or into an oil burner with water.
